Shipping Timelines

Domestic Orders (India): All standard orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary depending on your pin code.

International Orders: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary by destination country and local customs clearance.

Delivery Days: Courier services deliver Monday through Friday. Deliveries are not processed or completed on National Holidays.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping (India)

Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders above ₹5,000.

Orders Below ₹5,000: Flat shipping of Rs. 300 is applied at checkout.

International Shipping

Flat Rate: A flat charge of ₹4,500 applies to all international orders regardless of location or weight.

Shipping Errors & Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will replace it for you. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details so we can resolve the issue immediately.
